Certification application |
Upon the submission of an application to INNORPI (by mail, fax or e-mail), a form shall be filled in by the applicant company to give the information needed to draw up a certification estimate for a 3-year cycle.

Approval of the estimate
|
The certification process starts as soon as the certification estimate is approved by the applicant.

Documents review
|
INNORPI studies the company’s quality system documents to check that all requirements of the reference standard are covered.

Mock audit (optional |
The mock audit (or pre-audit) helps having a rough assessment of the system compliance with the reference standard and helps setting a date for the certification audit.

Certification audit
|
If audit results are satisfactory, and upon recommendations of the impartial examination committee, a confirmation is required from INNORPI General Director to decide whether a conformity certificate is to be granted to the company for a 3- year cycle.

| 6. |
Surveillance
|
Annual surveillance audits are scheduled throughout the three years to check whether the quality management system remains in compliance with the reference standard. At the end of the third year, a full audit is carried out for renewal.
