The trade register aims at collecting the information relating to storekeepers and companies and making it public.

By virtue of the article 6 of the law 95-44 dated May 2,1995, INNORPI shall keep a Central Trade Register.

The Central Trade Register collects the data recorded in each local register. For that purpose, INNORPI shall be provided with a copy of the registrations made at the office of the Court's Clerk and a copy of the submitted deeds and documents.

INNORPI has a bilingual (French-English) database which brings together the information coming from the local registers of the courts of first instance.

On request, INNORPI carries out researches in its database and provides the needed information (click here to download the form).
